- The reservation of a treatment does not give automatically access to our baths and and thermoludic areas; this access is to be paid extra. However, for a reservation of treatments cumulating a value of 140 Eur per person per day, the access is then offered for the day.
- During the week and outside of public holidays and school holidays, it is possible to book treatments without access to baths. Do not hesitate to contact our booking office for more information.
- Prior booking is essential. However, last-minute availability may sometimes exist. Do not hesitate to ask when you arrive.
- The minimum age required for reservation of treatments is 16 yo.
- For your comfort and to ensure the best service, please inform us when booking in case of any health problems, allergies or injury.
- On the day of your reservation, you are asked to arrive at the central reception of the Thermes of Spa, min ½ hour before your first treatment. You will be invited to present yourself at L’Institut to receive your program of the day. You’re expected min 10 min before the beginning of each treatment. Any delay will be reflected on the duration of your treatment and will not result in partial or total refund.
- During your visit to Thermes de Spa, wearing a swimsuit is required and the only outfit accepted. For hygienic reasons, shorts and bermudas will remain short, above the knee.
- The bathing cap is not required. Remember to bring a bath towel with you; A bathrobe will be provided.
