The massage under rain curtain uses the carbogaseous natural mineral water Marie-Henriette and takes place in a room dedicated to wet treatments.
Lying on a table, you are massaged under a fine shower of thermal water heated to 36 °C. Water comes in a fine stream from a ramp located above the massage table.The effects of the relaxing manual massage are combined and compounded by those of the water jets, very soft, that fall on the whole body; moist heat cocoon enhancing the relaxing effect of the massage.
Both water components (iron and carbon dioxide) and the water runoff feeling, contribute to the overall relaxing effect and improvement of the circulatory system that helps eliminate toxins and brings a deep sense of relaxation.
IN PRACTICEIndividual treatments are administered in “L’institut by Thermes de Spa”.
Bathrobe is provided.

After the body has been immersed in the bath, the massage is administered with a jet controlled by the physiotherapist, the pressure being adjusted depending on which areas of the body are being targeted (the legs, the hips, the stomach and the waist) and the individual’s sensitivity. This bath uses the Clementine natural mineral water, exclusive for the Thermes of Spa.
EFFECTSThe effect of this therapy is both stimulating and relaxing.
It stimulates muscle tone, restores equilibrium in the nervous system and the relaxation effect is clearly felt.
It is especially indicated for ailments of the musculoskeletal system, to alleviate pain and relax painful muscles.
It is also suitable for people suffering from cellulitis and poor circulation.
IN PRACTICEIndividual treatments are administered in “L’insitut by Thermes de Spa”.
Staff members are trained to ask questions and modify the therapy depending on the spa client’s situation and needs.
